PVC Film & Sheetings
PVC Film / Sheeting are another range of products from Veekay Polycoats Ltd. which are being manufactured and exported to various countries. The categories of PVC Film / Sheeting as per specification IS : 2076 / 1984 are :

PVC Printed and Plain Sheeting ( Normal, Opaque & Transparent )
These Sheeting are manufactured in the thickness of 0.08 mm to 0.25 mm in plain and in various printed designs in glossy / satin finish. Normal Standard width is 1.35 mm or upto 1.83 mm. Packing is 50 / 100 metres Roll. The material is used for general purpose like table cover, lining and other industrial as well as household use.

PVC Opaque / Transparent Sheeting
Available in the thickness of 0.10 mm to 0.50 mm and width upto 1500 mm. These sheeting are normally used for making stationery, photo albums, infant wears and shower curtains available in plain, embossed, & printed roll size is 50 metres.

PVC Plain / Printed Sheeting ( Rainwear Quality )
Available in standard thickness of 0.125 mm, 0.15 mm, 0.175 mm as well as per buyer's requirement in the width upto 1350 mm to 1400 mm. These sheeting are used for making raincoat etc.Roll size 50 metres to 60 metres.

PVC Film ( Tape Grade / Electric Insulation )
These are manufactured in the Standard thickness of 0.09 mm or as per buyers specification Standard width are 1.32 metres and can make up to 1.83 metres in roll length of 100 metres. It is used for making adhesive tape / insulation tape.

PVC Film - Tool - Kit Grade
These are manufacturers in the thickness of 0.20 mm to 0.50 mm and width 1.35 mm to 1.83 mm in roll length of 50 metres. It is used for the making of Tool-Kit-Bags.

PVC Film ( Flocking Grade )
Available in 0.14 mm to 0.25 mm thick and standard width are 1400 mm. It is used for making flocking on PVC for the use in Jewellery / Bangle boxes, Interior and ladies Bindi.

PVC Film ( Fire Retardant )
Ideal for use with anything that requires fire protection. It is to spread the flame / fire, available in various thickness as per buyer's requirement.

PVC Film - Lum Grade
These are manufactured in the thickness of 1.00 mm to 3.00 mm or as per buyer's specification. Product finds application in automobiles for silencer cover upper.

PVC Film - Medical Device Grade
These are manufactured in the thickness of 0.10 mm, 0.125 mm, 0.15 mm and 1.75 mm in the standard width of 1420 mm. It is used for making Urine Drainage Bags.

PVC Film ( Cold Crack Proof )
These are manufactured in the thickness of 0.25 mm to 1.00 mm, Ideal for the use in cold climate areas to withstand temparature of upto 20 degree centigrade. Applicable to Automobile kits, Tyre Covers, Tarpaulins & Defense camouflage covers etc.

PVC Film ( Automobile Grade )
It is manufactured in the thickness of 0.10 mm to 0.50 mm standard with in 1.35 metres to 1.50 metres Applicable for making Roof lining, Side door-Trims & Survivor of light commercial vehicles
